Ha Ni tailor is amazing! She made a suit and 2 bikinis exactly how I wanted them, made to measure perfectly and helped to give me advice about the shape that will suit my body. Very fast, professional and friendly service, my items were ready in a few days and I love them! I will definitely use again next time I'm in Vietnam :)

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this tailor and would not recommend it, especially if you are short on time. I had a pair of pants and a top made, and the whole process took my entire stay in Hoi An, which was a week. The initial pickup after two days was fine, and I do like the designs and overall style of the clothes. However, I asked for a very small alteration, and it took another two days just for that. Even worse, the pants were not altered correctly at all — I asked for them to be smaller, but they were made wider instead. A simple clip closure, which usually takes very little time, also required two extra days and in the end wasn’t properly done. Communication was poor, they did not text/call and the owner did not really listen to my requests, and seemed annoyed when I came to pick the items up. Basically the owner was kind on the first day the sale was made, after that she did not care at all. In the end, I had to take the pants as they were and will need to fix them elsewhere or do it myself. It’s a shame, because the designs are cute, but the service and communication were disappointing.

Habe mir hier ein Bikini schneidern lassen und war mit dem Resultat leider nicht zufrieden. Die Nähte sind nicht elastisch genäht, was bei einem Bikini unangenehm ist. Zudem war die Form nicht wie besprochen und die Grösse zu klein. Man sieht das sie einen Fehler beim Zuschneiden gemacht haben, da dieser optisch unschön zu beheben versucht wurde. Zudem haben sie sich kaum Zeit für mich genommen. Nachdem sie die Grösse anpassen wollten und ich 3h später nochmals kam, musste ich leider feststellen, dass nichts geändert wurde. Kann ich leider definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ha Ni tailor is so fast and talented! She made my partner a silk suit that fit him great. I went in the following day and saw all her selection, she made me a romper in one day that fit perfectly. She took so many measurements and was great to work with. We were leaving the next day and she was still able to make this for me in under 24 hours!!

I came here to make a casual suitjacket and a pair of casual trousers and am happy in every department. The tailor speaks very good english and understood my wishes and requirements flawlessly. When I tried everything on, no more adjustments were required. I can recommend Ha Ni Cloth Shop to everyone who is in need for stylish and high-quality clothing and would come back anytime!

I went to her to have two bikinis made. The bottoms were done well, but the tops were made far too small and without any option to adjust the strap length. I even brought a sample bikini that had adjustable straps and specifically asked her to include that feature. She agreed, but in the end, she didn’t do it. It felt very much like a “let’s see if she won’t notice” situation. I paid 1,800,000 VND for the two bikinis, and honestly, I did not expect this level of disrespect toward a customer. Overall, you won’t get a high-quality result, and the service is not pleasant either. I left feeling hurt and very disappointed. It’s also important to mention that I traveled all the way to Hoi An for 24 hours specifically for this.

Very professional, make beautiful silk clothes according to their own designs or any design you ask for. I ordered a skirt (based on a picture of a skirt from home) and the result was so lovely I ended up ordering another one! Also great service, my flight got pushed back one day so I had to leave earlier than planned, they made an effort and finished my clothes on time and brought it over to my hotel before I had to leave for the airport. Highly recommended!
